How much do I need to pay upfront?+
A project deposit is required before work begins. The payment schedule depends on the size of the project and will be clearly outlined in your proposal before you commit.
Who owns my domain?+
You do. Nordyx can help select, register and configure your domain, but the domain remains your business asset.
Is the domain included?+
Eligible website packages include the first year of standard domain registration up to $30 CAD. Premium domains and future renewals are billed separately.
Is hosting included?+
Hosting depends on the technology and requirements of your project. Nordyx can configure hosting under your own account or manage the technical side through an ongoing Care Plan. Any required platform or hosting fees are disclosed before launch.
How long does a website take?+
Starter projects typically take around 1–2 weeks, while larger Business Websites usually take around 2–4 weeks. Custom systems may require additional time depending on scope and complexity.
What counts as a revision?+
A revision round is a grouped set of reasonable design or content adjustments submitted after reviewing a project stage. Major redesigns, new pages or new functionality are considered additional scope.
Can I add features later?+
Yes. Nordyx websites are designed with growth in mind. Additional pages, booking systems, forms, dashboards and other tools can be added later as your business evolves.
Do you offer business email?+
Yes. Nordyx can configure professional email addresses using your domain. Email provider and mailbox subscription costs are billed separately.
Do you work outside Toronto?+
Yes. Nordyx is based in Toronto and works remotely with businesses outside the GTA as well.
